This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased from Shenzhen Yun Ding International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us, you (the “customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth below. We are committed to providing transparent shipping information, ensuring timely delivery, and building customer trust through clear and standardized logistics services. This policy applies to all orders placed through our official website, mobile application, or authorized sales channels, and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements related to shipping unless otherwise specified in writing by our company.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Time Zone: GMT-4). We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays, including Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, National Day.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on a business day will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons (e.g., November to December, holiday sales), order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days due to high order volume. We will notify you in advance via email or SMS if significant delays (more than 3 business days) are expected. Additionally, custom-made or pre-ordered products may require extra processing time, which will be clearly indicated on the product detail page and order confirmation.
2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently ship to all over the word. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions due to legal regulations, logistical limitations, or international trade policies (e.g., sanctions, import restrictions). If your shipping address is in a restricted area, we will notify you promptly after order placement and issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses unless otherwise stated. For international shipments, please ensure your address complies with the local import regulations, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or non-compliant address information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reputable logistics carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, China Post, to provide reliable shipping services. The available shipping methods, delivery times, and corresponding fees are as follows:
Economy Shipping: Delivery time is 7-14 business days (excluding processing time). Shipping fee is $4.99 or free for orders over $60.
Standard Shipping: Delivery time is 5-7 business days (excluding processing time). Shipping fee is $5.99 or free for orders over $60.
Express Shipping: Delivery time is 3-5 business days (excluding processing time). Shipping fee is $9.99 or free for orders over $60.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or peak-season congestion. We will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by reasonable delivery delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, package weight, destination, and order value. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, and the terms of such promotions (e.g., minimum order value, applicable regions) will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred due to customs clearance, and we do not have the authority to waive or reduce such fees. 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can check the real-time status of your delivery. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or mobile application and navigating to the “Order History” section.
If the tracking information shows no activity for more than5 business days, please contact our customer service for assistance. We will work with the carrier to investigate the status of your package and provide you with updates promptly.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are responsible for ensuring your package is delivered to the shipping address you provided. If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please check your surrounding area (e.g., mailbox, front porch, neighbor’s house) first. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact our customer service within 7 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue, and if the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund (at your option), provided that you can provide reasonable proof of non-receipt.
If your package is damaged during transit, please take photos of the damaged package and the product immediately, and contact our customer service within 3 business days of receipt. We will arrange for a return of the damaged product and issue a full refund or send a replacement, free of charge. We reserve the right to request additional documentation (e.g., damage reports) to verify the claim.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, you may request to change the shipping address, shipping method, or cancel the order only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To make a change or cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after the order has entered the processing stage.
If your order is successfully canceled before processing, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to refuse delivery or return the package to us after receipt, and a refund will be issued (excluding shipping fees) once we receive and inspect the returned product.
8. Returns & Exchanges
For returns and exchanges related to shipping (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item), please refer to our separate Return & Exchange Policy. In general, you may return or exchange a product within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition (unopened, unused, with all original packaging and tags intact). Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Our liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the value of the product and the shipping fee paid. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, loss of profit) caused by shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged products, except as required by applicable law.
